Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Techblazers Parent Portal ("Portal"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you are representing an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Portal.

Modifications to Terms and Services

Techblazers reserves the right to amend these Terms or the Services at any time. Notifications of changes will be provided through the Portal or via email. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions

  • "Subscriber": The individual or entity registered to use the website and Portal.
  • "Services": Website, the Parent Portal and any other Techblazers digital offerings.
  • "Invited User": Any individual authorized by the Subscriber to access and use the Services.
  • "Website": The official Techblazers website and Parent Portal website.

User License

Techblazers grants Subscribers and Invited Users a non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services as outlined in the applicable subscription package. Usage is subject to adherence to these Terms and any applicable laws.

Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees, including any required top-ups or charges.
  • Use the Services solely for lawful, internal business purposes.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information entered into the Portal.
  • Inform Invited Users of these Terms and ensure their compliance.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Both parties agree to:

  • Protect confidential information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Limit use of such information to the scope of the Services provided.
  • Adhere to Techblazers' Privacy Policy with respect to the handling of personal data.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, Website, and associated content remain the exclusive property of Techblazers. Subscribers retain ownership of their data but grant Techblazers a non-exclusive license to use it for operational purposes, such as providing and improving the Services.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  1. Warranties:
    • The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
    • Techblazers does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
    • Techblazers’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the Subscriber in the three months preceding the claim.
    • Techblazers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or inaccuracies.

Subscribers are encouraged to contact customer support promptly to resolve any issues.

Termination

  1. By Subscriber: Subscribers may terminate their account by providing prior written notice.
  1. By Techblazers: Techblazers reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
  1. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with Techblazers’ Privacy Policy.

General Provisions

  1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.
  1. Governing Law: The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Subscriber's jurisdiction.
  1. Notices: Notices will be delivered via the Portal, email, or other reliable communication methods.
  1. Force Majeure: Techblazers is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or internet outages.
