CCC Competition

Our comprehensive program is designed to cultivate advanced algorithmic thinking and sophisticated programming techniques essential for competitive programming success. Through intensive training and hands-on practice, students will systematically master complex concepts across multiple domains of computer science. The curriculum deeply explores fundamental data structures, advanced algorithms, and efficient problem-solving methodologies, all delivered through a rigorous, competition-focused approach. Students will engage with challenging problems that mirror real competition scenarios, developing both theoretical understanding and practical implementation skills. Canadian Computing Competition (CCC) awards

1. Every participant scoring in the top 25% of all competitors receives a Certificate of Distinction.
2. The names of some top-scoring official participants appear in honour rolls for both Junior and Senior competitions.

University of Waterloo admissions

While the Canadian Computing Competition (CCC) is not required for admission to the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, strong performance the contest can help a student earn admission.
