Join us in welcoming our distinguished instructor Dr. Bain Chin, an MIT Ph.D. graduate, who brings exceptional expertise to our March Camp! This spring, students aged 11-14 will dive into an extraordinary learning experience where technology meets creativity. Under the guidance of Dr. Chin and our expert team, participants will explore advanced concepts through hands-on projects spanning robotics, coding, 3D design, and technical writing. Our dynamic, collaborative environment ensures each student can discover, create, and grow while developing crucial STEM skills. Every Friday, students will participate in special public speaking sessions to develop their presentation and communication skills.

About Dr. Chin's Writing Program:
Dr. Chin guides students through engaging STEM writing projects that combine technical and creative skills. Students learn scientific writing and technical documentation while working on hands-on activities. Through lessons, they practice communicating STEM concepts and documenting their robotics and coding projects. The program uses MIT-inspired teaching methods with age-appropriate exercises to strengthen both STEM and communication abilities.
Create independent robot projects, use gears to understand mechanical structures, speed torque, write programs to complete tasks, learn basic physics, such as planet walkers, astronomical models, satellites, launchers, Mars exploration vehicles and other robots.
Make Scratch most popular games, clicker, platformer, minigames Learn applied mathematics operate scratch platform, learn coordinate variables, develop thinking logic.
Understand 3D model making software, recognize 3-dimensional geometry, structural dimensions, design 3D models and game characters needed for daily life such as: Mug, Name tag, Among us, Minecraft;
At our Friday Presentation, students will showcase their week’s achievements to classmates and families. They’ll demonstrate their writing contributions, display their working robots, present their coding projects, and exhibit their 3D design creations. This special event celebrates their learning journey and builds confidence through public speaking. Each student will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing their hard work and newly acquired tech skills.
Master coding through interactive hands-on game creation and challenges.
