“Transform Your AI HERO” Three-Day AI Robotics Workshop, Direct Path to 2026 International Open Competition

In an era of rapid advancement in artificial intelligence and robotics technology, innovation and hands-on practice are becoming the core of STEM education for young people. In 2025, Techblazers, as a renowned STEM education institution in Toronto, Canada, will partner with Magikid, a leading children’s technology education brand in North America, to jointly promote the international preparation and outreach for the 2026 AI Robotics International Open Competition.

Techblazers, as the host for the Canadian region, will launch a preview event for the competition—the 2025 “Transform Your AI HERO” Three-Day AI Robotics Workshop.

🌟 2025 Workshop Agenda — Transform Your AI HERO

This three-day educational workshop (November 28-30), integrating AI, programming, robotics, and creative thinking, will guide students from fundamental knowledge to innovative design, completing the transformation of AI robots from “HERO” to “AI Champion”!

Day 1: Kick-off & AI Play (Online Evening Activity)

  • Opening ceremony and project orientation briefing
  • Fun icebreakers and team introductions
  • AI Mini-Game Challenge: Use Teachable Machine or simple AI programs to quickly experience the fun of AI training
  • Coding Cocktail (Light Version): Fun integrated programming tasks—creative mixing of C++, Python, and VEXcode Blocks
  • Homework Assignment: Design your ideal “AI HERO” transformation sketch

Day 2: Build & Design (10:00–17:00)

  • Get to know the VEX AI HERO hardware structure, sensors, and GPS module
  • Team hands-on practice: Develop AI HERO transformation plans
  • Onshape 3D Modeling: Design AI-integrated robot components
  • Coding Cocktail Advanced Version: Deep dive into C++, Python, and VEXcode Blocks programming logic
  • Prototype Showcase: Teams present preliminary products and creative highlights

Day 3: From HERO to AI Champion (10:00–17:00)

  • AI HERO debugging, testing, and performance optimization
  • Mini Competition (20 students, 5 teams): Showcase robot performance and AI perception capabilities
  • Student achievement showcase: Sharing AI and robot design thinking
  • Closing ceremony and feedback session

This workshop is not only a grand event for technical practice but also a starting point to the international stage. We look forward to the participation of young innovators to explore together the unlimited possibilities of AI and robotics integration!

Over the past five years, Magikid Robotics Lab has been dedicated to combining artificial intelligence with robotics education, providing innovative learning experiences for students of different age groups.

From Foundational to Advanced AI Robotics Curriculum System

Magikid has exclusively developed an AI Robotics curriculum covering comprehensive content from robotics programming fundamentals to advanced artificial intelligence robotics applications. Course content includes:

In 2025, Magikid not only upgraded its existing AI robotics curriculum system but also expanded Humanoid Robot Workshops and AI Robotics Elite Projects, inviting students and parents to participate together, allowing learners of any age to experience the charm of AI robotics technology.

Now, Magikid partners with Techblazers to bring these rich AI robotics educational experiences to Canada, jointly advancing the preparation for the 2026 AI Robotics International Open Competition, opening doors to the international stage for more young people.
