TechBlazers Reveals VEX Worlds Robot, Leading This Season’s Design Trends

This year at the VEX Robotics World Championship, Team TechBlazers from Canada is once again in the spotlight.

Our high school and middle school teams — 16610A, 16610V, and 16610G — representing Canada, jointly released their Worlds robot reveal video, showcasing this season’s core engineering concepts and designs.

This season, we achieved multiple “firsts”:

  • One of the first teams in the world to secure a spot at Worlds
  • Ranked #1 globally in Robot Skills

More importantly, our original robot designs are influencing the VEX community and are widely recognized as some of the most impactful designs of the season.

Three Signature Innovations:

1. S-Shape Design

The “S-shape” structure optimizes robot flow and spatial efficiency, enabling smoother movement and better control in complex match scenarios.

2. Wing Mechanism

We pioneered the wing mechanism, significantly expanding scoring coverage and flexibility, giving the robot a stronger offensive reach.

3. Sunroof Design

The sunroof design introduces an innovative top-access structure, improving object handling efficiency and simplifying scoring actions.

Now, our high school teams have arrived in St. Louis for the World Championship. On the competition field, you’ll see many high-level robots — and some of the designs you see are directly inspired by our original concepts.

At TechBlazers, we don’t just aim for results — we prioritize originality and engineering thinking.

Our goal is not only to compete, but to create meaningful impact in the robotics community.
