At TechBlazers, we’ve streamlined our enrollment process to make it accessible, secure, and family-friendly. Whether registering for robotics courses, programming camps, or academic enrichment tracks, the process ensures that each student is properly onboarded and families are well-informed at every step.
How Enrollment Works #
Enrollment begins with the registration form, which can be accessed in two ways:
-
In-person: Visit any TechBlazers campus to collect and complete the physical form.
-
Online: Scan the QR code displayed at our front desk to access the digital registration form.
Once a registration form is submitted, our administrative team manually reviews the application to ensure the student meets eligibility criteria and all required information is accurate. This personalized review helps us provide the right class placements and ensures families receive the proper level of support.
Upon approval, families will receive a confirmation email containing:
-
Login credentials for the TechBlazers Parent Portal
-
Instructions for managing student profiles and accessing schedules
-
A prompt to proceed with payment
Account Structure & Email Requirements #
Each student registration is tied to a unique email address, which serves as the identifier for portal login and communication. If a family already has an existing account, they should not submit a new registration. Instead, updates (such as enrolling an additional child) must be made via the Parent Portal or by contacting TechBlazers support.
Completing Enrollment Through Payment #
Enrollment is not finalized until payment has been received. After approval, families can choose one of the following payment methods:
-
Full program payment (covers the entire term or semester)
-
Course-by-course payment, for greater flexibility
-
Prepaid top-up system, which allows funds to be added and allocated toward upcoming sessions or camps
Once payment is processed, students gain full access to class schedules, instructor communication, and learning materials through the Parent Portal.
