The event was organized by the TechBlazers Events Team, with the Scrimmage fully covering all key aspects of an official VEX IQ competition.

Why Scrimmages Are So Important
As TechBlazers Events Coach Alessandro Cunsolo stated, “Scrimmages are a critical step in developing high-level competition teams.”
They allow students to experience strategy execution, technical performance, and teamwork processes in a low-risk environment while going through the full competition workflow—from check-in and rules review to official match play.
Real competition helps teams immediately identify issues and adjust strategies, while collaboration with different teammates enhances communication and soft skills.
Additionally, interaction with community teams sparks inspiration and innovation, promoting the overall growth of the Richmond Hill VEX IQ community.
We sincerely thank every student, coach, parent, and volunteer who participated. Your dedication and support make it possible to build such a vibrant and enthusiastic robotics competition community.
This friendship event not only provided teams with invaluable practical experience but also laid a solid foundation for the upcoming official season. TechBlazers will continue to provide students with high-quality training and competition support, helping them challenge themselves, push their limits, and achieve even greater success on future competition stages!
