TechBlazers encourages community growth and loyalty through its referral rewards program while also offering a transparent and structured refund policy for families who may need to adjust their financial plans.
Referral Program #
Our referral program is a simple way to earn rewards for introducing new families to TechBlazers. When a new student registers and lists a current customer as their referrer, both parties receive 10% in store credit.
To qualify:
- The referral must be submitted within 7 days of the new student’s registration.
- The referrer’s contact information must be provided by the referee at the time of sign-up.
Reward distribution:
- The new student receives their 10% store credit immediately upon registration.
- The referring party earns pending store credit, which becomes active only after the new student completes a qualifying purchase.
Referral credits are added to the referring family’s Top-Up account and can be used for any eligible TechBlazers program. Please note that referral bonuses are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be voided if the referred student receives a refund.
Refund Policy #
TechBlazers offers refunds on unused prepaid credits or class fees, but applies a processing fee to account for administrative costs.
- Top-Up refunds: Subject to a $50 processing fee
- Unused course or class credit: Subject to a $100 processing fee
- Gifted services or promotional credits (such as referral bonuses or bonus top-ups): Non-refundable
In the case of partial refunds, any previously used gifted services will be deducted at full market rate before the remaining credit is returned.
Refunds are typically processed within five (5) business days and issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- EMT (Email Money Transfer), when necessary
