On October 29, 2023, Techblazers Richmond Hill Learning Center held a grand Halloween-themed event and opening ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new headquarters in Richmond Hill.
The event was attended by over 100 students, with a total of more than 200 people present. Children had the opportunity to engage in various hands-on activities, including robot creation, 3D printing experiences, as well as vibrant art, illustrations, and painting activities.
June Jiao, co-founder of Techblazers, took the stage to deliver a speech, introducing the brand’s history and its new business upgrade concept in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The new teaching center of Techblazers boasts spacious classrooms, personalized career planning for children, and a brand-new membership system designed to enhance the learning experience for students.
Tony Qian, leader of the robotics team, education expert, and member of the founding team, represented co-founder Henry Zhou to present the development journey of Techblazers over the past 10 years. Originally established as RoboEDU in 2014, Techblazers has now become a leading figure in the field of Robotics for the Chinese community in Canada, with a total of 7 campuses worldwide. The new location marks a significant upgrade as Techblazers collaborates with top-tier universities, prestigious private schools, business incubators, and financing institutions in Canada. This collaboration aims to foster the dreams of children by bringing together the realms of business, politics, and academia. Tony also highlighted the benefits of Techblazers membership and the exclusive offers available during the trial period.
Unlike traditional course packages, Techblazers has created a brand-new membership community. During the trial period, members can gain access by depositing a certain amount, without having to pay the annual fee for the first year. The deposited amount can be used for any courses, competition training, and value-added services. The regular package includes courses on robotics, programming, and 3D design, while competition training covers FLL, VEX IQ, VEX, FRC, and global programming competitions. Additionally, all members can enjoy online and offline lectures, social events, birthday party perks or discounts, roundtable meetings, sharing of competition experiences, strategies for further education, prestigious summer camps in the United States, as well as comprehensive services tailored for VVIPs.
With the presence of over 200 guests, the founding team of the learning center took the stage together to cut the ribbon and capture the moment with a group photo. A surprise cake was prepared to commemorate the occasion, as June Jiao and Tony Qian, representing the entire Techblazer team, embarked on this new chapter together.
Techblazers is thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with children in the age of AI, becoming their companions in the pursuit of knowledge, innovation, and personal growth. Techblazers warmly invites students to join this vibrant adventure and work together to transform today’s dreamers into tomorrow’s innovators.
